Legal Billing and Admin Assistant

A BART accessible law firm in downtown San Francisco has recently found itself in need of someone to come on board to assist with billing and administrative duties for one of their most prominent and in demand attorneys.  This role is designed to partner with the attorney to track clients based on several factors including: they type of case, stages of billing, and attorneys involved in handling the case.  Screening of bills before they go out and assisting clients with billing issues will also be included in this diverse role.  Qualified candidates will have approximately 2 years of experience in a legal or professional services firm.  This role requires someone who is detail oriented, deadline driven, and professional; with excellent communication and customer service experience. Billing knowledge and a bachelors degree are preferred.  Solid MS Office skills are a must!  Both direct hire and temp to perm candidates will be considered and pay will be $45-55K/yr depending on experience.  If you would like to be considered for this role please email your resume to jmiller@accountantsinc.com Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
