LOAN ADMINISTRATOR

Spherion Staffing....needing a Loan Administrator to work for a well established Credit Loan office in the Wichita Falls, Tx area.  Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualificationsQualifications: High school diploma, professional demeanor and 3+ years exp in loan support operations or related business exp. Strong organizational and people skills. Microsoft office with strong proficiency in Work and Excel.Essential Functions:Coordinates and prepares loan documents and related materials. Develops and organizes loan applicant information for review and inputs pertinent loan data into credit delivery system.  Records new loans, establishes relevant files, processes loan payments, maintains a variety of loan records and obtains credit information. Coordinates follow up activities for closed loans processed by the office. Performs various loan servicing duties as directed.
