The Position:

The position will play an important role in the daily accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Month-end Closing and Financial Reporting

Job Responsibilities Include:

· Prepare and maintain records of assets, debts, profit and loss or other financial activities

· Prepare bank reconciliations, amortization and depreciation schedules

· Prepare purchase orders, do expenses reports and post Accounts Payable

· Analyze records of financial transactions to determine accuracy and completeness of entries

· Assist month end closing and preparation of monthly financial reports and other ad hoc reports

Requirements

· Minimum 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment

· BA in Accounting

· Great Plains experience a plus

· Must be proficient in Excel

· Must be detail oriented, ability to work under tight deadlines

· Must be enthusiastic and able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
