Jr Operations/Data Analyst - Commercial Development ( $35k plus benefits, etc)
This is an excellent opportunity for a relatively new grad with an analytical degree.
Our client, a rapidly-expanding commercial development firm in Raleigh, is actively recruiting for a very sharp and skilled information analyst to join its Operations group. Role will involve providing high level analysis and evaluation of data related to construction schedules & projections, inventory levels, business contracts, etc. and providing the insight to Operations and Procurement to support business decisions.
Initial focus of the role will be mastering an automated scheduling system that is used extensively for planning (any background in logistics, supply chain mgmt or inventory management is a plus). The ability to utilize the system and provide accurate, comprehensive and insightful analysis will be critical. The desire to team with Operations, understand the business behind the numbers and contribute to the organization’s success and growth will be absolutely essential.
Selected candidate will have a degree in math, statistics, economics or similar discipline and 1+ years of relevant business experience. Seek a very sharp, capable, and self-motivated overachiever who combines outstanding mathematical and analytical capabilities (modeling, algorithms, forecasting, data mining all desirable) with astute business savvy, superb database and computer competencies, reliable attention to detail and excellent project management skills. Further, this role interacts extensively with colleagues, vendors and customers. Require an excellent communicator with a strong service orientation and quality commitment.
This company has created a highly empowered, employee-oriented culture where excellence is recognized and rewarded. Seek a self-directed and self-motivated candidate who can thrive.
Only local candidates will be considered.
