JUNIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT/ANALYST
45-55K+BONUS
An international financial services leader is currently recruiting for a Junior Staff Accountant / Analyst.
Responsibilities:Journal entries and month end close.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.Cash wires and forecasts.Audit monthly interest payments.Process and record all billing activity.Participate in quarterly investor meetings to discuss fund activity.Assist with tax returns.Prepare and analyze quarterly forecasts.Prepare and review schedules that relate to financial activity on funds books of record.Assist with audits of the individual funds for GAAP.Consolidate quarterly and annual business plans.Track and forecast quarterly and annual expense reporting.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.GPA of 3.0 or above.1-3 years of relevant experience.Previous experience with GAAP, monthly close, and financial statements.Strong analytical, problem solving and financial skills.Proficiency in Word and Excel.CPA/MBA track a plus.
