Company:  Ajilon Finance Solutions Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  ES-30300-525348 Location:  NJ 07054 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project One of Ajilon’s clients is currently seeking a International Tax Director/Sr. Manager.  Responsibilities include:   Coordinate, manage and review the accounting for income taxes for Client’s  international operations.  This will include performing a quality review of all foreign analyses before submission to external auditors and preparing tax accounting position papers on GAAP reporting issues.   Coordinate, manage and review the international compliance requirements for Client and Subsidiaries.  Assume responsibility for managing certain domestic business segments provision and income tax returns.    Coordinate, manage and participate in tax-planning projects, including implementing tax strategies   Address and discuss tax issues with business subsidiaries as well as develop strong internal relationships.   Participate in Internal Revenue Service income tax examinations.   Assist in developing and training of tax department personnel.   Undergraduate degree required Advanced degree (either MS in Tax or JD) or CPA recommended The candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrate a strong ability to lead, manage and motivate professionals Candidate must have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact with corporate management and business unit accounting departments on a daily basis 5+ years in general corporate income tax and accounting environment Working knowledge of FAS109 required If you are interested in this opportunity, please email a word copy of your resume to tara.yasenchak@ajilonfs.com .  Local Candidates ONLY and commutable to NJ!!!!!  Salary/Pay Rate: open About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
