Internal Audit Director / Internal Audit Manager

Internal Audit DirectorQ&A is working with a large financial services comany in its search for an Internal Audit Director to lead its corporate audit department.  As Director, this person will supervise Internal Audit Staff and Seniors in planning, executing, and reporting business processes and financial practices.  In addition, the Director will prepare reports of audit findings, proposes changes, and interact with senior management on high priority audits.  This person will also present reports to the Board. What makes this company stand above the rest?1.  Nice offices, gym, very nice employee perks such as break rooms and cafeteria.2.  Tremendous growth over the past 5 yrs. 3.  Company has been a leader in its industry for more than 100 years.4.  Work/life balance – this audit department does not work excessive overtime.
