Information Technology Manager

We are currently seeking an Information Technology Manager to join us in our Montvale office. Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and project office support to help ensure successful and timely delivery of various Information Technology Services Operations projects - Work closely with project managers and team to help in the coordination and organization of multiple projects from kick-off to completion - Facilitate effective communications to and between team members, as well as draft project documentation, project plans, etc. - Update documentation and procedures where needed, improve work flow and maintain consistent practices throughout each department - Take a proactive visionary approach to the creation of new processes that will benefit organization needs and requirements - Work closely with leadership and management team to develop and implement group wide initiatives - Work with leadership team and performance managers to maintain department and group cohesiveness - Work closely together with various levels within the organization in order to meet group/project deadlines and goals - Create, present and implement initiatives to benefit organizational well being - Maintain and balance organization budget, work with Finance and Accounting, etc. - Work closely with Training Services and suggest/coordinate on-site training - Organize events with approximately 200 participants, working closely with Events and Meeting Services as well as outside vendors Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or related discipline - Prior project oriented role in corporate environment is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint, and knowledge of Microsoft Project a plus - Organized people person with the ability to work well in a team oriented atmosphere - Ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks accordingly - Self-starter with flexibility, versatility and a positive attitude - Focused, efficient and highly detail oriented - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Customer Service focused mentality with ability to build and maintain strong relationships KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
