We are searching for a Financial Analyst at our corporate headquarters.  Primary responsibilities and requirements include:

 

Function Summary:

· Analyze profitability factors on many broad and detailed levels and recommend solutions to improve performance, increase revenues and/or reduce expenses. 

· Track site related data to look at overall site profitability including communications expense, labor management, maintenance analysis, product profitability analysis, marketing effectiveness, accounts receivable, transportation costs.

· Interface with senior and executive management and provide reporting, trend identification and development, real estate analysis, and lease versus purchase analysis.

· Develop and enhance key management reports, analyze and track capital expenditures, analyze product pricing and make recommendations.

· Drive implementation of new tools and processes to ensure efficient and accurate forecasting and tracking of revenue and expenses.

· Company-wide financial support, business modeling, including purchasing and vendor sourcing, and ad hoc analyses.

 

 

Requirements:

· Minimum of 3-5 years financial analysis experience.

· BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, MBA preferred.

· Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

· Cognos or similar reporting software experience required.

· Solomon or accounting software experience required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to multi task.
