ITIL Incident Manager

We are currently seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Incident Manager to join us in our Montvale office. Responsibilities: - Help ensure effective coordination of activities to restore service by responding, recording and resolving incidents by communicating preventative actions - Monitor support staff performance while working with service managers to create and execute action plans - Prepare statistics and provide trend reports for use in review of the overall process - Help ensure compliance with Incident Management standards and procedures across the organization - Review outage reports and invoke the Critical Incident Management process as necessary - Serve as the primary point of reference and develop annual objectives - Enhance automation of processes to increase information integrity, accuracy and reduce variances Qualifications: - Seven years of progressive experience in Information Technology with two years of Service Desk/Incident Management and people management - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience - Experience with a critical incident or crisis response process - Strong project management and communication (verbal and written) skills - ITIL Foundation Certification preferred - Strong relationship building and negotiation skills KPMG offers and supports flexible work arrangements as well as part-time schedules.
