Compensation: Contract-to-Hire ($80 – 100K DOE) + Bonus





Our client serves more than 800 customers, including oil & gas companies, utilities, retailers, supermarkets and financial services companies and has about a dozen facilities in the US and Canada. Our client has more than 9000 employees in seven countries and growing. They manage millions of customer interactions every year and focus on customer relations helping to make market entry easier for their customers.

Job Summary:

Oversees the auditing of information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established standards for efficiency, accuracy and security. Determines and recommends improvements in current processes to meet defined control objectives.

Job Functions: Directs the Utility Services SAS 70 audit across multiple units Works with process owners and auditors (internal and external) to design and implement process change to remediate exceptions Tracks all audits exceptions to remediation and reports on a regular basis the status of remediation Acts as liaison between process owners and auditors in dispute resolution Participates in all audit close out meetings Maintains expertise in audit processes and controls through Isaca membership, and Auditing Standards, CoBIT, and ISO standards Manages and maintains the descriptions of controls used for the SAS 70 Preferred Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, both in writing and verbally In depth knowledge and practice of a SAS 70 audit Broad knowledge of Information Systems Broad knowledge of business processes Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentations Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Knowledge of PC operations and software (word processing, spreadsheet, Visio, database, and presentation) are required Normal office activity, keyboarding, interacting with others, participating in meetings, extended periods of sitting Ability to travel, including air travel Ability to work extended hours and weekends on occasion Requirements: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Information Technology CISA, CPA, and/or CISSP certified 7 years experience in auditing of business processes or information systems
