INTERNAL/EXTERNAL AUDITOR-MANUFACTURING

Internal Auditor needed for global manufacturing firm.  Currently in public accounting?  Are you looking to move into industry finance or operation?  This position offers the best way to leverage your public accounting experience.  Begin here and build here!  Responsibilities include:•  Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls in effect at subsidiary/ affiliate locations.•  Review and evaluate affiliates’ compliance with corporate policies and procedures.•  Prepare and/ or review work papers to adequately document audit work performed and to support conclusions reached.•  Inform department management of audit status concerns.•  Prepare audit scopes and reports of audit findings•  Formulate and follow-up on recommendations for management•  Assist in preparing the Company’s Annual Report and Form 10-K•  Review and evaluate various financial reports submitted by subsidiaries and affiliates•  Perform special projects, as assigned, e.g., special audits, assisting other finance departments, etc.•  50% - 60% travel (February – November) – 40% annual basisGain knowledge and experience working with mentors who are united in a common mission with shared values that will allow us to achieve an ambitious vision: to be recognized as the best. Innovative global leader; Business casual environment with open door management; competitive salary & benefits, excellent bonus potentialQualified Individuals will possess:•  Bachelor’s degree in accounting + CPA certification•  4-5 years experience in internationally/nationally known public accounting firm•  Ability to supervise staff & assume increasing levels of responsibility •  Strong analytical skills•  Excellent written & oral communication skills•  Experience in the manufacturing industryOther certifications (CISA, etc) are desirable; proficiency in foreign language is a plus.
