Job Description:

Research and perform due diligence on custodian banks, including industry developments and trends.

Coordinate with custodian banks and analysts to receive electronic data and resolve issues including new account setup and incomplete/incorrect data.

Monitor ongoing developments in securities’ markets and analyze effects on client – custodian interactions.

Provide written and verbal analysis of custodial operational performance for internal and external purposes.

Maintain access to custodian data portals and interfaces and coordinate training of analysts in such applications.

Interact with custodian banks and IT to enhance data collection efficiency and completeness.

Initiate and/or complete assigned special projects to add value for clients on an as-needed basis.

Analyze client – custodial service agreements, including in-depth analysis of fee structures and service arrangements.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Candidate should have 3-5 years in institutional trust operations or similar experience.

Candidate should have degree in Finance/Economics or related field.

Candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills.

Candidate should perform well in a team-oriented environment and have ability to perform multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Performance measurement background a plus but not required.

Ability to think and work independently.
