Human Resources Manager

 

We need a take charge, make it happen person to elevate us to the next level. This management  position is being created for this 46 year old, highly recognized local Public Accounting firm located in Houston, Texas.

 

Responsibilities will include improving and driving our initiative to recruit experienced staff, coordinate and strengthen our present on-campus recruiting and interview process, and take responsibility to implement a great on-boarding process.

If that is not enough, you will also have responsibility for the development and delivery of training models, focusing on all the related soft skills necessary to increase the effectiveness of our entire staff. This will include our harassment, diversity and ethics training, along with the coordination of the Coaching and Evaluation process.

 

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

§  3 or more years of experience in a similar position

§  Designations such as PHR or SPHR (preferred)

§  Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to equity compliance and diversity/inclusion

§  Solid communication skills and ability to develop within your role
