Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the HR team on a variety of projects and processes

Manage Standard Life benefit administration

Create monthly reports for finance on the Standard Life invoices

Prepare offer letters and other documentation

Track recruitment metrics

Track and record employee absenteeism/vacation

Prepare new hire package

Enter new employees into the system

Answer and resolve employee inquiries via email and phone

Keep Filing up to date

Requirements:



Past human resources experience preferred

University degree (required)

Excellent administrative skills and a strong attention to detail

Possess strong problem solving and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Customer service focused

Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential at all times

Good time management skills
