Human Resource Manager

MPP&W is a full-service public accounting firm seeking an enthusiastic individual experienced in human resources and office management.  This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or human resources, excellent written, oral, and supervisory skills, and a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible human resource management experience.  Experience in direct supervision of staff and office management is required. Experience in a professional services firm is highly preferred. 

The Human Resource Director will provides hands on generalist HR support to a team of 100+ employees in two local offices.  Requires experience in recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, policy administration, regulatory compliance, and other generalist activities.  The position is also responsible for supervising the firm’s administrative staff, providing strong guidance and feedback to employees.
