This position will be responsible for oversight of the general ledger, A/P & A/R, managing billing cycles, preparation of financials and other management reports, managing payroll, budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial modeling and profitability analysis, developing internal controls, and ad-hoc projects as needed. This position will be responsible for hiring and directing staff, and reports to the company President. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related accounting experience, and preferably experience in the Commercial Construction industry. Strong communication skills and an positive attitude are needed as well. Company also desires a detail oriented person who can also see the big picture.
