This program will grow to $3B in revenues in the next couple of years.    Job Responsibilities:   This is a brand new position. As the newSenior Director of Finance you will plan and control financial analysis activities to assure meaningful reporting and analysis that you will provide to the board of directors , formulate, recommends and install strategies, policies, and programs that will enable Operational Unit to achieve economic opportunities and maximum benefits, direct preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and profitability analysis, and control the efficient utilization of human resources to include assignment, performance and training of staff .   Requirements Include:   * BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA and/or MBA a plus. * 15+ years progressive financial management in federal marketplace. * Experience with TM, FFP, CPFF and CPAF contracts. * Experience with FAR, CAS, GAAP and DCAA audits.   Compensation Package:   Salary Range $155,000 - $170,000 with 25% bonus and very good benefits.   Email your resume to mitch.halaby@ajilonfinance.com  Salary/Pay Rate: $190,000 - $210,000 total comp.
