Company:Â Â Ajilon Finance Job Category:Â Â Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:Â Â YK-32169-526600 Location:Â Â NJ 07602 Job Status:Â Â Full Time, Employee An operating entity of a Global Fortune 50 company seeks a Project Accountant Essential Nature of Job: Under direction of the CFO, will handle all project accounting and inventory control for the Company Perform Project analysis, in conjunction with Operations, to ensure all percentage-of completion calculations are performed according to GAAP. Perform all Project invoicing. Assist Estimating in preparation of bids, specifically with inventory information. In conjunction with Operations, develop a costing structure for each project, and set up all projects in the Dynamics SL system. Set up all project budgets in the Dynamics SL system, working with the project managers. Conduct physical inventories on a periodic basis, and perform reconciliations and report to Management. Ensure inventory records are accurate and up-to-date in Dynamics business information system. Act as back-up for all invoicing. Special projects as required BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred. 5 - 7 years experience in project accounting in a job cost / construction environment. Hands-on experience with project accounting software. Dynamics SL experience a significant plus. Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and work with minimal supervision. Successful track record of accomplishing goals, projects and tasks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under deadline pressure. Some travel to Company job sites may be required.
