General Manager, Durable Medical Equipment Store

This Manager level position oversees the full operation of a Durable Medical Equipment store for Liberty Resources, Inc., which will include retail sales as well as wholesale transactions.  In addition to overseeing daily operations the Manager is responsible for the design, development and management of marketing strategies, campaigns or other initiatives designed to influence our customer base for retail & wholesale purposes.  The incumbent will have expertise in providing durable medical equipment through a previous durable medical equipment carrier by acting as the primary liaison between clinician customers and patients in addition to durable medical distributors.

We are looking for someone to continuously improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its product turnover and maximizing profitability.

Required Education and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business and 7-10 years of work experience in wholesale & retail sales related to durable medical equipment supplies is required.  Candidates with exceptional work or personal experience with disabilities, who do not meet the stated educational requirements, may be considered

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

 Demonstrated supervisory skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of administration.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Access)Able to recruit, direct, coach, monitor, and supervise staff
