We provide tax, audit, review, and compilation services to clients involved in manufacturing, distribution, real estate, professional services and retail, as well as employee benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations. We have an immediate opening for a full charge bookkeeper with 5 to 10 years of recent experience. You will be servicing our clients in areas such as:payroll and excise taxes;financial statement preparation;preparation of 1099's and W2's;income statements;bank reconciliations;journal entries;general ledger;WA state taxes;L&I;and assistance with our online Quick books system. Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a public accounting firm is a plus.
All applicants must be able to work on Saturday's during our busy season of January to April 15th. Strong interpersonal, analytical and computer skills are required. Ability to effectively communicate with clients is essential. Successful candidates will be rewarded with a highly competitive compensation package that includes a full benefits package. Most of our clients are local, so no overnight travel is required.
