EEO/M/F/D/VInter-Tax, a subsidiary of Comdata, a national leader of Regulatory Compliance products within the Transportation industry, is looking for talented problem solvers to serve as Data Analyst/Fuel Tax Specialists.The specialist is to perform manual intervention tasks as defined by the company supporting the automatic processes, performs monthly maintenance tasks with the fuel taxes, and assists with client mailing preparation. The specialist also reports on issues/problems related data or processing and examines processing for data integrity. In addition, the specialist maintains accurate historic record keeping and participates in monthly maintenance activities such as information snapshots and archiving. Qualified candidates must have good map reading skills and geographical knowledge of highways, must know location of states on a map and their proximity to each other. An understanding of trucking and driver trip reports is a plus. Math skills, knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel required. Must be detail oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively. Excellent written/oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work calmly in a fast paced environment. High school diploma required. Some college along with a minimum of 1 yr experience in transportation dispatch and/or quality preferred or equivalent combination.
