SEC Reporting PositionOur client located in the Chester Co, PA area is seeking a talented professional to lead the SEC Reporting requirements for the company. The details of the position are as follows. This is the chance to join a solid publicly traded corporation in a highly visible role... Lead all external reporting efforts for the corporation Prepare the SEC reports (10K, 10Q, 11K and 8-K) including footnotes Assist in coordinating the monthly close and review of various analysis and transactions Prep of internal reporting, MD&A, balance sheet, income statement and cash flows Financial Analysis of rate swaps, insurance plans, DC plans, etc Participate in acquisition due diligence SOX ComplianceQualifications: BS degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA MBA a plus 5+yrs experience in public accounting (big 4 preferred) or similar role in industry Full knowledge of SEC Reporting activities and SOX Strong communication skills Leadership qualities Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
