Very team-oriented group is looking for a team-oriented Staff Property Accountant ....experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable; must have experience handling multiple books at once; will coordinate payment of all accounts payable; will assist in the preparation of month-end income distribution; will assist in the preparation of corporate financials, to include monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; will assist in the preparation of year-end closing involving final income statements, balance sheets, general ledger details, journal entries, accruals and accompanying schedules. Special projects....prefers a degree in accounting or related area and at least one to two years experience. Competitive salary/benefits/laidback environment and opportunity for growth....
