 Main Accounting and Finance Liaison for an assigned number of subsidiaries of NFP Responsible for the supervision and mentoring of assigned Senior AccountantsContinued consultation and support for the adherence to the rules and regulations of the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.Responsible for the monthly review and analysis of the subsidiaries’ financial recordsPerform review of legal documentation to ensure compliance with incentive programs and defined terms.  Transition new acquisitions onto NFP’s accounting platform Conduct review of opening balance sheet to determine shortfall/overage of contractual working capital requirements. Accounting and finance liaison to various departments within the Corporate Office  Prepare and provide analysis for reports that are distributed throughout the organization  Provide guidance and research assistance on accounting issues to subsidiaries and corporate personnel  Assist subsidiaries with the implementation of various Corporate initiatives  Spearheading various projects that are required to improve the overall financial reporting environment. 

 

Requirements:7 years experienceCollege Degree in Accounting required
