Primary Responsibilities Include: * Reviewing and coordinating the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. *Supervising team, as well as, monitoring and reviewing teams performance. *Research and identify new policies and procedures with corporate *Create and administer SOX compliance *Establish departmental and individual goals as well as attend meetings and train staff to further manage the career development of team as a whole.
