Financial Analyst with healthcare experience!
Parker and Lynch has partnered up with a growing company in Dallas who is seeking a financial analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting time to join the organization due to the amount of growth they are experiencing. This position offers great exposure and tons of room to grow. Responsibilities: · Preparation and presentation of requested financial analyses for business unit and corporate staff and business unit management ensuring that information is accurate and timely. · Review of division results of operations, identifying unusual variances, determining their cause and reporting findings to appropriate levels of management. · Preparation of budget and forecast functions; ensuring that business staff and management are well informed and appropriately involved in process, providing necessary support to produce an accurate result and ensuring that division and corporate deadlines and requirements are met. · Assist the Controller, Director of Finance and Regional Vice Presidents in the preparation and delivery of presentations to the Corporate Executive Leadership · Lead in establishing a formalized Best Practices management process for the divisional reimbursement environment. · Financial modeling · Ad-Hoc projects Qualifications: · BBA Finance, accounting or MIS· 3 years analyst experience (healthcare preferred) · Proficient in Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables) · Excel Based Financial Modeling · Multi Level and consolidating Budgeting and Forecasting · Variance, Trend Analysis (Qualitative/ Quantitative Support) · SAP, BEX, Hyperion is a plus· VBA experience is a plus Please submit a copy of your Word resume to rami.muhanna@parkerlynch.com for immediate consideration.
