Coordinate monthly close process and reporting across Global Operations; Prepare accounting adjustments for North Olmsted Operations Responsible for planning and analysis for Global Operations; Coordinate information with the plants and North Olmsted Operations team Complete monthly Global Operations Scorecard for review with Operations Staff Review, Analyze, and Report Global Operations Productivity Savings Review and analyze financial assumptions for capital requests Track and forecast/plan for capital spending for Global Operations Track and forecast/plan for headcount for Global Operations Support the Global Operations Team
Undergraduate degree in accounting required; CPA preferred; MBA a plus. 3-4 years of related work experience (some mfg. experience preferred) Must be flexible, self-confident and possess excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of SAP R/3. BW, Oracle Data Warehouse and Business Objects a plus Strong PC skills required Must be a results-oriented, energetic, proactive, effective communicator and team player with the ability to think conceptually and strategically Strong presentation skills Ability to work well in teams Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize Ability to communicate both up the organization (upper management) as well as laterally (among peers) Job Code : 310
