Financial Analyst III Monrovia, CAJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:This position will report to the Director of FP&A, and will assist with budgeting, forecasting and analyses for our Efficient Energy Systems (EES) segment. Key functions will include performing analyses to determine present and future financial performance; gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial plans, operating forecasts, etc. Responsibilities:• Provide support for local management on reporting of bookings, backlog, and product/services revenue. • Prepare daily and weekly reports as to the state of business in terms of bookings, backlog, and revenue.• Provide monthly headcount and expense reporting by department and expense category. • Work with departmental heads to on special projects/analysis.• Assist Business Development with financial analysis/models.• Assist with month end close process.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting in a manufacturing environment. • Must be team player with good oral and written communications skills, and capable of working with various functional organizations to coordinate inputs and information. • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.HOW TO APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT:Prior to submitting your response, we encourage you to review our company web site, to learn more about us.
