World leader in Consumer Goods!!!Responsible for monthly forecast, monthly actuals and seasonal financial planning processes. Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.  Support product costing performance results and analysis to CBU partner that provide fact based guidance for operational changes. Provide concise, compelling analysis and commentary that supports decision-making. Lead the business planning and reporting for Sales Trade spend. Oversee Sales Team operating budgets for Sales organization and provide monthly tracking. Develop and drive streamline reporting process. Partner with Sales team to provide support, analysis and business counsel to aid in profit objectives. Continually evaluate and challenge financial process and reporting practices and implement changes as needed. Provide financial support to determine ROI analysis on trade spend. BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA preferred. 4 - 7 plus years of experience in financial and accounting. Consumer Goods a MAJOR plus.
