Currently, we have openings for Finance Intern in our Parsippany, NJ facility. The responsibilities for this position include:
· Assisting in monthly and quarterly profit reconciliation calculations
· Monthly Expense analysis
· Quarterly actual vs. budget analysis
· Monthly vendor credit calculations
· POS and Mail-in rebate accrual calculations
· Gathering backup for customer claims
· Inventory test counts
· Other clerical duties as assigned
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 0-6 months related office experience
· Working towards Accounting/Finance degree preferred
· Previous clerical experience preferred
· Strong Excel skills
· Good reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
· Attention to detail
· Ability to follow directions
· Ability to communicate effectively in English
