Position w/in the Accounting Department. - Responsible for data analysis as it relates to all aspect of CSG billing system. - Responsible for daily adjustment, discount and aging reporting form CSG. - Automate the monthly calculation of accounts receivable allowance and bad debt expense. - Provide monthly reporting for revenue discounts and adjustments tie out Peoplesoft to CSG. - Validate accuracy of financial statement information from CSG. - Review and validate corporate monthly programming fees through rate/volume analysis. - Maintain master database of all CSG SPAÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s, including FTA, OU, divisional, former MSO and legal entity roll up for accounting purposes. - Responsible for work order activity report. - Analyze general ledger accounts as needed. - Develop financial queries for departmental review as part of close process. - Create a daily extraction process for accounts payable information from Peoplesoft to Excel for field. - Create a daily extraction process for general ledger information from Peoplesoft to Excel for field. - Automate, calculate and maintain monthly reporting of utility tax payments. - Automate, calculate and maintain monthly reporting of franchise tax payments.
