Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. Creates and produces monthly reports and analysis in a timely and accurate manner for distribution to various departments; reconcile analysis to ensure numbers properly correspond with financial statements and research discrepancies. Assist with Ad Hoc analysis. Work with Finance Managers of the Houston Market Support Center to support field operations in creating and executing financial reports and monthly variance analysis. Develops new procedures to improve timeliness and accuracy of data and information flow. Exercises business judgment in preparing reports and analysis and assumes responsibility for quality control and integrity of work product.  Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or combination Finance & Accounting or Mathematics 1-3 years in a corporate financial analysis, consulting, banking, or accounting role. Experience building, modifying, maintaining, and reviewing financial reports, primarily in Excel. Experience with monthly analysis of financial reports and financial results. Highly detail oriented with a careful eye for quality control and presentation of work. Self-motivated and driven to produce results within tight deadlines and with maximum quality allowed within time constraints. A problem solver and ability to follow through on projects. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects/duties. Comfortable working in both a team environment as well as independent/self-directed.
