Santa Ana

Ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in full Cycle Accounts Payable, must be a problem solver, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a manufacturing background. Oracle 11.5 a plus.

Â§ Sort and process invoices daily

Â§ Research variances and discrepancies

Â§ Month ends accruals

Â§ Contact suppliers for accounts statement

Â§ Weekly check run in the system

Â§ Assist other projects as assigned by supervisor
