Expense Analyst

Interface with client payroll and HR personnel. Manage client processing and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: *Review and approval of expense reports and direct bills *Interface with client payroll department on income and tax data. *Reconciliation of payroll and Cost Management systems *Manage Calculation of employee tax assistance per client policy *Prepare final year end payroll feed and tax assistance for client W2 process *Field and resolve year-end tax assistance questions from customers. *Adhoc and routine client reporting as required. *Resolve expense report and direct bill "On Hold" issues *Process "exception to policy" requests *Auditing for data integrity and all coding *Maintain client requirements per ISO standards *Manage timely and accurate deliverables *Strong verbal and written communication skills *PC proficient (Excel & Word specifically required) *Work well independently and in team environment *Attention to detail Education: *High School diploma or equivalent *Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: *3 - 4 years in payroll, accounts payable or other financial transaction processing environment. *Or 2 - 3 years prior experience as an Expense Associate. *Oracle or ReloAdvantage experience preferred.
