Prominent, Internationally known Financial Services company has an opening for an Executive Assistant to support the COO.

Duties:

Provide executive level administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer

Prepare detailed domestic and international travel itineraries

Responsible for maintaining employee relations and recognition programs on behalf of the COO

Assist with personal tasks as requested

Coordinate and set up for meetings

Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience acting as an Executive Assistant
Extremely organized and high attention to detail

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Team oriented

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel,

PowerPoint helpful
