Executive Assistant/Office Manager
CPA firm looking for a dependable and well organized professional person for a wide variety of general office responsibilities and administrative duties. This well established firm has an immediate need for someone who can demonstrate excellent phone skills, internet research capabilities, and the ability to work independently, and complement the existing staff of accounting professionals. The ability to direct work flow and handle
the pressures of tax seasons while maintaining excellent relationships with clients is critical to this office. Previous QuickBooks experience and light book keeping is also required. The hours are 8:00 until 4:00 and this will be a contract to permanent situation for the rest of this year. If the fit is correct on both sides this will become permanent. Range is $13.00 to $ 15.00 per hour on a 30 hour work week. Northern Suburbs.
