Executive Administrative Assistant
Executive Assistant
Stemnion, Inc. is a biotechnology company developing cellular technologies for transplantation and regenerative medicine. We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Company to perform and assist with the following functions:
· Assist executive management with administrative functions relating to investor reporting as well as travel and meeting arrangements.
· Maintain vendor invoice, stock certificate, and other legal document files.
· Assist in the monthly financial close process, including processing accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and bank reconciliations.
· Maintain and record payroll functions and employee benefit records.
Qualifications: BS in Accounting or Business with current knowledge of Quickbooks.
