We are seeking a bookkeeper/staff accountant to handle day to day activities related to accounting in a growing IT firm.Â
Â
Essential Duties:
 Working knowledge of QuickBooks Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks Prepare invoices Confirm receipt of inventory Ensure physical inventory is correctly stated Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies Follow-up with staff regarding project status Reconcile accounts

Job Requirements: Must have solid MS-Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with QuickBooks software a plus Excellent attention to detail Strong written & verbal communications skills Good time-management and organizational skills Flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with other contacts and clients of the firm Ability to prioritize and apply knowledge and judgment when needed Ability to work under supervision or independently Must be self motivated and have initiative Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
