Engineering Business Analyst

Our client in Deepwater, NJ is currently looking for a Engineering Business Analyst!

Overview of functional capabilities

The member in this job family will aspire to possess all of the following competencies.

- Key resource for systems, tools and processes that support project management and tertiary processes

- Work with project teams to facilitate the management of project cost including change management, home office and field activity, and project lifecycle milestones (e.g. initiation, authorization, completion, capitalizations and closing)

- Arm site and functional leadership with information and metrics to enable decision support and benchmarking

- Lead capital expenditure forecasting and tracking process for site including interfacing with site, business and corporate processes and people.

- Oversee the internal controls environment to ensure compliance with financial accountability principles, laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines

- Serve as the link between the site and organizations such as purchasing, receiving & stores, accounts payable, security, and information systems

- Develop processes and procedures to audit and monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions

- Manage complementary activities such as, but not limited to, rental equipment pools, procurement card activity monitoring / control, small tool and consumable inventory controls and monitoring, non-capital in support of capital, and depreciation, write-off and estimated replacement value forecasts, etc.

- Work with regional resource pools to get transactional work leveraged and staffed as appropriate.
