ERP Business Analyst

These positions will assist in all phases of project discovery, business process design, application development, testing, training, cutover, and data conversion.Position Requirements: • Five or more years experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with BPICS,  SAP or ERP applications in one or more of the following functional areas: o Accounting (GL, AP, and AR) o Financial Planning, Cash Management, Treasury, and Tax o Sourcing/Purchasing (requisitions, purchase orders, contracts) o Supply Chain (manufacturing, warehouse/inventory management, and order management) o Human Resource Management/Payroll o Field/Project Services (project module, contracting, and project costing)• At least five years of experience combining analysis, business process design, configuration, documentation, master data cleanup, conversions/interfaces, testing, deployment, and training for ERP implementations—preferably for a global or multi-site company.• Strong knowledge of core business processes (procure to pay, order to cash, or make to ship).• Attributes of our ERP Analysts include: dedication to client service, ability to deliver results, knowledge of business processes, ability to think in complex and ever-changing situations on a global basis, strong communication skills, and ability to solve problems, execute, and transfer knowledge.Position Attributes: • B.A./B.S. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems or a related discipline is required. • Must be able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and work with constant interruptions. • Must have the ability to work well under time constraints. • Strong analytical and financial abilities. • Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills; attention to detail. • Must be a motivated, confident self-starter.Please send your resume' in word.doc onlyLocal Candidates Only Company: Parker and Lynch Status: Full Time, Employee Location: Nashville, TN 37201 Salary: 70,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD /year Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
