We've grown significantly over the past decade to over $45 billion in assets under management (as of December 31, 2007) and are now searching for highly talented individuals to join our team.

 

Reporting to the Group Vice President of Finance, the Division Controller will build strong reporting and controls to support future growth for real estate development and other related party entities including numerous privately held partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs). This position is located in our Vancouver, WA/Portland Metro Area office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years experience, at least 5+ years direct experience working with privately held partnerships and LLCs.
• 4 year degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• High level of experience in QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of multi-state tax issues.
• CPA or CFP.
• Exhibits a high degree of personal and professional integrity
• Knows how to handle sensitive information discretely.
• Reacts quickly to changes and challenges.
• Leads with a hands-on, self confident, decisive and proactive approach.
• Must have a creative mind, the ability to think critically, and demonstrated business savvy.
