North Pacific has a new opportunity for a Division Controller at its Holley Moulding operations in Stoughton and Sun Prairie, WI. This position will provide strong analytical, financial, and administrative management support to the Holley Moulding operations. The main focus of this position is to manage business risk and administrative operations. This includes preparing formal financial and enhanced management reports, reviewing and evaluating financial trends, as well as supervising clerical staff. The position will act as a liaison with North Pacific Corporate departments, and as a business partner with Holley operations management.
We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting, Finance, or similar field preferred), with 5+ years of management experience, that is able to work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working in a team atmosphere. This position requires an extremely analytical mind and expert MS Excel ability, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
