Director of Talent AcquisitionQualifications'X A Bachelor¡¿s degree with concentration in Business Management, HR, Organizational Development or related field'X 10-12 years of experience in a generalist or staffing role in increasingly responsible positions in areas of recruitment and selection, campus recruiting and/or relevant business role'X Experience in developing and managing an effective recruiting team'X Previous experience with applicant tracking systems'X Proven experience in managing recruiting costs effectively'X Ability to effectively consult and interface with all levels of leadership and employees.'X Ability to work within a high-volume, fast-paced environment 'X Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills'X Excellent analytical skills 'X Ability to work independently as a member of a regional or national team'X Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all matters'X Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and candidate tracking database systems'X Ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.'X Responsible and accountable for work product and solutions.'X Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and project management skills.BDO Specifics'X Level: 7 'X FSLA Status: ExemptGeneral Description'X This position provides strategic direction, guidance and advice on workforce planning initiatives, alternative sourcing methodologies and identification of qualified candidates. In addition this role partners with the Regional Human Resources Directors and field HR and acts as a resource in recruiting for all business lines and all levels of employees from entry level campus positions through Partner opportunities as well as to develop unique regional strategies to identify and attract key talent. Job RequirementsStrategic'X Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy for the firm for campus and experienced hires'X Develop proactive recruitment strategies and tactics consistent with broader organizational objectives, to attract suitable talent to a high performing organization culture.'X Design, execute and maintain recruiting programs e.g. branding and employee referral programs 'X Analysis and Application of business/company performance, industry, marketplace, and how the company attracts and retains talent to keep competitive edge in the marketplaceGeneralIn partnership with the Regional Human Resources Directors:'X Keep apprised of the latest trends and techniques for attracting key talent 'X Develop alternative hiring techniques and strategies'X Establish strategy related to on-line recruiting resources, diversity initiatives, career fairs, college recruiting and recruiting policies and procedures 'X Establish and obtain headcount goals (experienced and campus), 'X Lead development of metric reporting and accuracy of documentation on the sourcing, selection, diversity, performance, success and retention of new hires and recommend continuous improvements to talent acquisition and management practices, i.e. cost per hire, interview to hire rations and cycle time.'X Creatively manage recruiting costs through employee referrals, targeted advertising using multiple media/internet 'X Monitor and evaluate sourcing channels to optimize pipelines while managing costs. 'X Support consistency between regions and identify areas that can be leveraged across regions'X Partner with HR colleagues to develop and maintain relationships with leadership/managers to understand their business and regional needs. 'X Oversee partnership with staffing and recruiting agencies, as well as carefully negotiate contracts and fees across regions.'X Evaluate the sourcing, selection, interviewing, and background checks, on-boarding practices and procedures to ensure we are using the latest tools and technologies to attract talent.'X Support offer and new hire orientation process'X Lead and develop National school strategy'X Partner with CRM to participate in targeted on-campus events, job fairs and other diversity recruiting events to build talent pipeline for current openings/internships and future career opportunities 'X Overall responsibility for ensuring that all internal and external communications, postings, advertisements in compliance with Company policies and recruiting records maintained within record retention requirements.
