Director of Screen Print Production

We have been in business since 1994 and have built a stable diversified business servicing both corporate and retail customers. We are also the licensee for the Animal Planet brand and looking to add more exclusive properties.
We're seeking a motivated hands-on production manager with experience in running a full apparel screen print operation. Applicant should be familiar with automatic apparel printing, personnel management, equipment maintenance, screens and inks. Knowledge of M&R presses a plus.

The current operation requires a skillful manger / leader to take full control and be able to implement QC Policies, Organize Production Schedules and to manage cost controls. Current production system being used is \"Shopworks\".

Salary contingent on experience. We will make it worth your while for the right individual.
Technical requirements :
Must be an expert in screen printing with complete knowledge of inks, off contact printing, newman frames, process printing and retail packaging including tags, barcodes and transfer shirt labels.
