The successful candidate must demonstrate strong, progressive experience in financial aid. Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills with the ability to manage and direct a large staff. Effective communication skills, and experience working in the for-profit sector are highly desirable. The successful candidate should also posses an in-depth understanding of current rules and regulations affecting financial aid and higher education. Requirements The person in this position must have experience in proprietary education environment managing a team. USDOE policies and procedures default management requirements needed. In addition candidate must be proficient in all forms of Government F/A, Title IV and Pell Grants as well as F/A packaging procedures.
