Director of Finance/Assistant Controller
Local and stable non-profit in Mission Valley seeks a Director of Finance to manage the financial policies, budget, program operations and regulatory reports. Will work with the auditors to wrap up the year-end process and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization. Will report to the CEO and oversee an Accounting Manager along with 2 employees in accounting. Exposure to MIP software is highly preferred. Should be a flexible individual who can multi-task and be a jack-of-all-trades. This is a friendly and team-oriented environment.
Requirements:Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of management experiencePrevious experience working for a non profit is a plusExperience with MIP is a plus. Consistent work history with tenure at previous companies.Able to pass full background check and complete a DMV Report
