Director of Finance & Accounting "Immediate Opportunity

Qualifications and core responsibilities are outlined below.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in Accounting

· 7+ years experience as service industry controller (or similar title) preferably in advertising

 

Core Responsibilities Include:

 

Direct and manage the finance/accounting and estimating functions and provide operational analysis which include:

· Manage the finance/accounting and estimating functions

· Provide operational analysis to manage and drive profit %

· Develop & manage formal treasury activities to maximize return on company's cash balances

· Assist board in evaluating potential strategic partnerships and investor exit strategies

· Lead sales reporting and forecast management

· Develop P/L tracking and reporting to clearly understand profitability by department/individual

· Evaluate and refine compensation plans on an annual basis

· Develop and manage operating budgets

· Streamline the estimating process to allow for faster turns and accuracy

· Review and revise standard pricing on a quarterly bases

· Tracking of project and departmental profitability

· Quarterly review/adjustment of "project" fees by client

· Operations responsibilities in addition to finance – TBD
