Essential Direct Hire Recruiters Skills & Characteristics

We look for our team members to have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 3 years of Accounting experience, and a positive, can-do attitude. We are also open to candidates that have at least 2 years of professional staffing experience. You need to be comfortable on the phone as well as meeting people in person. You also need to be extremely organized and have excellent time management skills.  Having a strong work ethic is a must!
