Core Responsibilities:

 

Acts as first line of defense for all Technology-related issues.

 

Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues within scope of Service Level Agreement.

 

Installs, configures, reinstalls, upgrades, and trains on a wide range of software applications applicable to accounting firms.

 

Supports, maintains, repairs, and upgrades PCs, laptops, and Blackberries.

 

Resolves issues related to remote access users including email and network access.

 

Performs first-level network administration duties including assigning rights to resources, setting/resetting passwords on Windows 2003 Server, and enabling/disabling accounts.

 

Maintains current knowledge of technological trends and news relevant to hardware, software, training, and processes of the Tech Center.

 

Required Attributes:

 

·          College degree in Business or IT required

·          Strong social and interaction skills

·          Excellent oral and written skills

·          Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·          Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
